This Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes Policy governs how refund requests, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for Snippem. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process for all customers, in alignment with Stripe's guidelines and industry best practices.
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you request a refund and you have not used the service within the current billing period, a full refund will be granted promptly. Tips/Contributions/Donations are non refundable.
In cases where you have used the service during the billing period, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the extent of service usage and the nature of the request will be taken into account.
This approach is designed to comply with the refund guidelines recommended by Stripe while protecting both your interests and our ability to sustain the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests should be submitted either through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@snippem.com.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund; the refund process follows the criteria outlined above.
If you encounter any billing issues or have a dispute regarding a charge, we encourage you to first contact our support team. We will work diligently to resolve your concern through direct communication.
Should a dispute remain unresolved, it will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures recommended by Stripe.
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please submit a request via your account dashboard or email us at support@snippem.com. Include your account details and the reason for your request.
Once received, we will verify your service usage during the billing period. If no service usage is detected, your refund request will be processed immediately. Otherwise, we will evaluate your case individually and notify you of the decision.
We reserve the right to modify this Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
